There has been talk of both a Dredd film trilogy and television series, but the sale of props from the movie is considered a sign that a follow-up is very unlikely.A press release confirms that Dredd claimed the number one spot in DVD/Blu-ray sales, putting up some impressive figures: It is unclear how this success will affect the chances of a sequel to the 2012 film, which have been downplayed since its poor performance at the US box office. The Karl Urban-starring film sold 650,000 physical units. Lionsgate's Judge Dredd movie has soared to the top of the DVD, Blu-ray and digital download charts on its first week on release. Dredd 3D has topped the home video charts.
